About Me
Hi, I’m Emma Sutherland, welcome to this course where I help perimenopausal and menopausal women have more energy so they can cope with ease, feel confident in their own body and smile more often.
Over the last 20 years I have worked as a Naturopath and nutritionist in clinical practice, seeing thousands of patients one on one, helping them optimise their hormonal health. I have learnt so much from this!
